Unless participants are taught how to see things differently, the initiatives will fail. TTS develops attitudes and thinking skills as a platform for any change initiative. |

| How do we do it? Participants identify assumptions, attitudes and thinking habits which are making them ineffective. They learn a simple thinking tool for improving decisions and relationships. It works. The intervention is designed in stages which encourage participants to learn and grow. |

TTS Core opens the
door to two insightful days which extend TTS skills in holding powerful
conversations and handling conflict.
TTS Lite is a fun and
practical 1 day condensation of TTS Core for lower levels.
TTS Centres of Influence
refers to fun and useful one-hour refresher sessions for colleagues
who have attended at least TTS Core.
Experienced facilitators may apply to become licensed
TTS facilitators, qualified to deliver the TTS suite
of programmes.
